Description

Aminooxy-PEG4-acid consists of an aminooxy group (NH2O) attached to a polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer of four ethylene glycol units, terminated with a carboxylic acid group (COOH). Aminooxy-PEG4-acid can be used to selectively conjugate molecules containing aldehyde or ketone functional groups to biomolecules such as proteins, peptides, antibodies, or nucleic acids.
