APTES-N3@Si-WPU refers to a composite material where azide-functionalized 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES-N3) is incorporated into a silicon-based waterborne polyurethane (Si-WPU) matrix. APTES is a widely used silane coupling agent that contains an amine group and three ethoxy groups. It is commonly used to functionalize surfaces, particularly silica and other inorganic materials, to introduce amine functionalities for further modification. Si-WPU is a type of polyurethane that is modified with silicon-containing groups, enhancing its properties such as flexibility, thermal stability, and resistance to environmental degradation.
