Description

Azide-Fluor 545 is a fluorescent dye that combines a fluorophore, Fluor 545, with an azide functional group. Fluor 545 refers to a fluorescent dye with excitation and emission properties in the orange-red spectrum. Fluor 545 is used for fluorescence microscopy and other imaging applications because of its bright and stable fluorescence. Azide-Fluor 545 can be used to label proteins or nucleic acids that have been modified with alkynes. The resulting fluorescence provides a means for sensitive detection and quantification in various assays. Besides, the azide group allows Azide-Fluor 545 to be conjugated to other molecules via click chemistry. This can be used to create multifunctional probes or conjugates for various research applications.
