Description

AzPTES stands for Azide-Functionalized Phenyltriethoxysilane, a compound that combines an azide group with a phenyltriethoxysilane structure. Phenyltriethoxysilane is a silane coupling agent with a phenyl group attached to a silicon atom that is further bonded to three ethoxy groups. The silane group is capable of forming covalent bonds with hydroxyl groups on surfaces, such as glass or silica, allowing for the attachment of the functionalized silane.
