Description

BCN-Modified Raji Cell involve using the bicyclo[6.1.0]non-4-ynyl (BCN) group to modify Raji cells, a human B-lymphocyte cell line. Raji cells are a widely used B-cell line in research, particularly in studies related to immunology, cancer, and virology. These cells can be engineered to express or interact with various molecules. By attaching fluorescent probes or imaging agents to BCN-modified Raji cells, researchers can visualize and track cellular processes, receptor interactions, or molecular dynamics in real time. Besides, BCN-modified Raji cells can be used to test and develop new immunotherapeutic strategies, including chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies, by evaluating how modified T cells interact with or target these cells.
