Description

BCN-PEG3-VC-PFP Ester is a cleavable ADC linker featuring a BCN group, a hydrophilic PEG spacer, a Val-Cit dipeptide, and a PFP ester. BCN is a strained cyclic alkyne compound commonly used in bioorthogonal chemistry. It reacts selectively with azide-functionalized molecules or surfaces via strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions, enabling specific bioconjugation without the need for a copper catalyst. PFP ester is a functional group commonly used as an activated ester for amine coupling reactions. It reacts with primary amines to form stable amide bonds, facilitating the conjugation of molecules or surfaces with primary amine groups.
