Benzyl-PEG2-alcohol is a chemical compound consisting of a benzyl group attached to a polyethylene glycol (PEG) chain with a length of two ethylene glycol units, terminated with an alcohol functional group (-OH). The PEG portion of the molecule, with a length of two ethylene glycol units, imparts water solubility and biocompatibility to the compound.
