Description

Biotin-ONp is a PROTAC linker and conjugate of biotin containing a carboxy terminal peptide. ONp is a functional group consisting of a p-nitrophenyl ester. This group is reactive towards primary amines (-NH2) and can be used to covalently attach biotin to molecules containing primary amines. The reaction typically forms stable amide bonds, allowing for the conjugation of biotin to proteins, peptides, or other molecules containing primary amines.
