Description

Biotin-PEG-ACA (Biotin-PEG-Acrylamide) can be used to label biomolecules (such as proteins or nucleic acids) with biotin through covalent attachment. This labeled biomolecule can then be detected or purified using streptavidin-coated surfaces or magnetic beads. Besides, the acrylamide component allows incorporation into hydrogel matrices, which can be used to modify surfaces for cell adhesion studies, biosensors, or controlled release systems.
