Description

Biotin-PEG4-Boc can be used to create antibody-drug conjugates, where the Boc group protects the amine during synthesis. Upon deprotection, the free amine can be used to attach cytotoxic drugs, enhancing targeted cancer therapies. In addition, the Boc-protected amine in Biotin-PEG4-Boc can be selectively deprotected and conjugated to antibodies, allowing for the creation of biotinylated antibodies. These antibodies can be used in various immunoassays, such as ELISA, western blotting, and immunoprecipitation.
