Description

Bis-propargyl-PEG2 contains two propargyl groups for click chemistry reactions and two repeating units of ethylene glycol for solubility enhancement. Propargyl groups are commonly used in click chemistry reactions, particularly in the copper(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) reaction, for the conjugation of molecules. Polyethylene glycol is often employed in bioconjugation to enhance solubility, stability, and reduce immunogenicity of molecules.
