Description

Cationic Liposome containing DDAB-Rhod-PE can be used as carriers for antigen delivery, encapsulating proteins, peptides, or nucleic acids encoding antigens. The liposomes help deliver antigens to immune cells, such as dendritic cells, enhancing the immune response. The cationic nature of DDAB also has adjuvant-like properties, stimulating the immune system and boosting the antibody response to the encapsulated antigen. The fluorescence from Rhod-PE can be used to track the delivery and presentation of antigens by immune cells.
