Cell-penetrating peptides are short peptides that have the ability to cross biological membranes and facilitate the intracellular delivery of cargo molecules, such as proteins, nucleic acids, or small molecules. They typically possess cationic and/or amphipathic properties that aid in membrane translocation. CCP-biotin peptide (non-cyclized) can be used to deliver biotinylated cargoes, such as proteins, peptides, or small molecules, into cells. The biotin tag allows for specific detection and purification of the delivered cargo using streptavidin-based methods.
