Cy5-PEG-NH2 (Cy5-PEG-Amine) is a linear heterobifunctional near infrared fluorescent PEG reagent with a Cyanine5 dye and NH2 group, It has a good water solubility. Cy5 can be easily traced from its pink color and red fluorescence. Due to its NIR fluorescence properties, Cy5-PEG-NH2 is used for in vivo imaging of tissues and organisms.
