Description

DBCO-Liposome can be engineered to release their payload in response to specific stimuli through click-to-release chemistry. By conjugating the drug molecule to the liposome via a cleavable linker containing a DBCO group, the drug release can be triggered by the addition of a complementary azide-containing molecule, leading to the cleavage of the linker and subsequent release of the drug.
