Description

DBCO-NHCO-PEG4-NH-Boc is used for site-specific labeling of biomolecules, such as proteins, peptides, or nucleic acids, by conjugating the DBCO group to azide-modified biomolecules via copper-free click chemistry. It can also be incorporated into biomaterials, such as hydrogels or nanoparticles, for biomedical applications, including tissue engineering, drug delivery, and biosensing, by functionalizing the biomaterials with DBCO-NHCO-PEG4-NH-Boc and subsequently conjugating bioactive molecules or targeting ligands.
