Description

DBCO-PEG13-DBCO is a compound consisting of two DBCO (dibenzylcyclooctyne) moieties linked by a PEG (polyethylene glycol) spacer. DBCO groups readily react with azide-containing molecules via click chemistry, forming stable triazole linkages without the need for copper catalysts. This reaction is highly specific and bioorthogonal, making it suitable for labeling biomolecules in complex biological environments.
