Description

DBCO-PEG4-Gly-Gly-Gly refers to a compound consisting of a dibenzylcyclooctyne (DBCO) group linked to a polyethylene glycol (PEG) chain with four ethylene glycol units, followed by three glycine (Gly) residues. The DBCO group serves as a reactive handle for bioconjugation through strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions, while the PEG chain provides water solubility, biocompatibility, and flexibility to the molecule.
