Description

Dextran, Cy7 Labeled (Dextran-Cyanine 7, Dextran Conjugated to Cy7) is a conjugate formed by attaching the fluorescent dye Cy7 to dextran molecules. Dextran is a polysaccharide composed of glucose molecules linked together by glycosidic bonds. It is water-soluble and biocompatible, making it widely used in various biomedical applications. Dextran is often utilized as a carrier molecule due to its ability to solubilize hydrophobic compounds, its biocompatibility, and its resistance to degradation by enzymes. Cy7 is a near-infrared fluorescent dye belonging to the cyanine dye family.
