dG(iBu) Polystyrene Resin is suited for phosphoramidite-based oligonucleotide synthesis, where it supports the sequential addition of nucleotides. Its hydrophobic nature facilitates the removal of by-products and unreacted reagents, enhancing the overall efficiency of the synthesis process.
