Description

DNP Dextran Conjugate retains the properties of dextran as a carrier molecule while also presenting multiple DNP epitopes for specific recognition by anti-DNP antibodies. DNP is a chemical moiety composed of a benzene ring with two nitro (NO2) groups attached at different positions. DNP is commonly used as a hapten, which is a small molecule that can elicit an immune response when conjugated to a carrier protein or molecule. DNP can be recognized by antibodies generated against it, allowing for specific detection and quantification in various immunoassays.
