Dodecanylamine-Liposome. Dodecanylamine is a compound consisting of a dodecyl (C12) alkyl chain attached to an amino group (-NH2). It is a type of long-chain alkylamine. Dodecanylamine can be used to modify the surface of liposomes by anchoring itself into the lipid bilayer via its hydrophobic tail, while the amino group remains exposed on the liposome surface.
