Description

DOTA-PEG5-C6-DBCO contains DOTA and DBCO moieties. DOTA is a chelating agent that forms stable complexes with metal ions, especially with radionuclides like gallium-68 (^68Ga) or lutetium-177 (^177Lu). DOTA is commonly used in radiolabeling for imaging and therapeutic purposes. The hexyl linker (C6) is a six-carbon alkyl chain that can serve as a spacer, providing additional flexibility between the PEG and the DBCO group. This spacer can influence the compound’s overall geometry and reactivity.
