1,2-Distearoyl-sn-Glycero-3-Phosphoethanolamine (DSPE) conjugated Polyethylene Glycol (DSPE-PEG-OH, DSPE-PEG-Hydroxyl) is a hydroxyl terminated phospholipid PEG polymer. The hydrophobic tails allow for the encapsulation and congregation of other hydrophobic drugs. The polymer can be used to prepare liposomes or lipid nanoparticles. Hydroxyl terminal can further derivatize the compound.
