endo-BCN-PEG2-NHS ester is a functionalized compound used in pharmaceutical research and development. It belongs to the class of PEGylation reagents, which are widely used for the modification of biologically active molecules. This compound contains two functional groups, the NHS ester and BCN moiety. NHS esters are commonly used reagents in bioconjugation chemistry. They contain a succinimide ester functional group that can react with primary amines on biomolecules to form stable amide bonds.
