Description

Fluorescent (Dansyl lipid) Immunoliposomes-Cyanur (PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder offer applications ranging from cancer treatment and gene therapy to real-time diagnostics and theranostic studies. Dansyl lipid provides real-time imaging capabilities through its strong fluorescence under suitable excitation. It allows monitoring of immunoliposome localization, uptake by target cells, and biodistribution patterns in vivo. PEG chains extend immunoliposomes’ systemic presence and minimize immune clearance. This ensures the immunoliposomes remain in the bloodstream longer, increasing their chance of reaching target sites. Immunoliposomes can encapsulate various therapeutic payloads such as small-molecule drugs, siRNA, or peptides. Once the immunoliposome binds to the target cell, it is internalized, and its payload is released at the disease site.
