Description

Fluorescent (DiA) Immunoliposomes-Succinyl (PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder are designed for applications in targeted drug delivery, molecular imaging, and biochemical research. DiA (4-Dihexadecylamino-styryl-N-methylpyridinium Iodide) refers to a lipophilic fluorescent dye with excellent photostability and brightness. It integrates seamlessly into lipid bilayers, rendering the liposome fluorescent. Succinyl is introduced to enhance functionality for conjugation reactions or to modify surface charge for increased stability and better targeting. PEGylation enhances the stability and biocompatibility of liposomes by reducing immune recognition and extending circulation time in the bloodstream.
