Description

Fluorescent (DiI) Immunoliposomes-Biotin (PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder are useful in studies where tissue penetration and deep tissue imaging are required, as DiI’s fluorescence falls in the red/NIR range, which minimizes background interference from tissue autofluorescence. In addition, the biotinylated liposomes can be functionalized with streptavidin-binding ligands or antibodies to target specific tissues or cells, improving the specificity of drug delivery. This is particularly useful for targeting cancer cells, inflammatory cells, or tissues expressing specific biomarkers.
