Description

Fluorescent (DiI) Immunoliposomes-Dodecanyl (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder can modulate immune responses by delivering antigens, immune regulators, or payloads directly to immune cells. DiI immunoliposomes can specifically target dendritic cells (key antigen-presenting cells) for vaccine delivery. The liposomes deliver antigens to dendritic cells, promoting antigen presentation and immune response activation. In addition, the lyophilized powder form allows DiI immunoliposomes to be stable and ready for use in drug screening assays. People can use these liposomes to monitor how candidate drugs interact with cell membranes or cellular targets.
