Description

Fluorescent (DiO) Immunoliposomes-Folate (PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder combine several advanced features, including DiO (3,3′-dioctadecyloxacarbocyanine perchlorate) for fluorescence, immunoliposomes for specific targeting, folate receptor targeting for enhanced cellular selectivity, and PEGylation for improved pharmacokinetics and biocompatibility. DiO immunoliposomes-folate (PEGylated) are ideal for targeted drug delivery in cancer treatment. The folate receptor targeting ensures that chemotherapeutic drugs or other agents are specifically delivered to folate receptor-positive tumor cells, reducing the risk of toxicity to normal, healthy tissues. Drugs like doxorubicin, paclitaxel, or cisplatin can be encapsulated in the liposomes and released specifically in the tumor microenvironment.
