Description

Fluorescent (DiO) Immunoliposomes-PDP (PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder can be used as carriers for nucleic acid-based therapies (e.g., mRNA or siRNA) to specifically target cells for genetic modification or silencing of disease-causing genes. The PEGylated, DiO-labeled formulations improve the delivery and tracking of RNA payloads in vivo. In addition, the DiO dye allows for real-time monitoring of liposome behavior in biological systems. The fluorescent signal can be used to visualize liposome biodistribution, cellular uptake, and the tracking of drug release in vivo or in vitro.
