Description

Fluorescent (DiR) Immunoliposomes-Biotin (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder are composed of a lipid bilayer that encapsulates DiR, a near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent dye, and are surface-functionalized with biotin. The use of DiR, a NIR fluorophore, provides enhanced tissue penetration and low background interference, making it an ideal choice for in vivo imaging. The biotinylated surface enables high-specificity targeting via streptavidin-mediated conjugation to molecules such as antibodies, peptides, or ligands that can recognize specific cell surface markers or tissue types.
