Description

Fluorescent (NBD lipid (fatty acid tail)) Immunoliposomes-Dodecanyl (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder are innovative, multifunctional delivery systems that combine advanced fluorescent imaging capabilities, targeted therapeutic delivery, and biosensing applications. NBD (7-nitrobenz-2-oxa-1,3-diazole) lipid is a widely-used fluorescent molecule with strong and stable emission properties, making it ideal for tracking biological interactions and cargo delivery. NBD exhibits excellent excitation and emission properties, emitting at approximately 495 nm (excitation ~460 nm) when exposed to UV light. Dodecanyl chains are 12-carbon alkyl chains with strong hydrophobic properties. They enhance the liposomes’ ability to interact with lipid membranes, promoting fusion and uptake by cells.
