Fluorescent (NBD lipid (fatty acid tail)) Immunoliposomes-Succinyl (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder offer a non-invasive method to visualize sites of inflammation in real-time, thanks to the NBD lipid’s strong near-infrared fluorescence. Succinylation enhances the targeting specificity of these liposomes, allowing them to preferentially accumulate at inflamed tissues or sites of immune activation. Additionally, these liposomes are well suited for immune-based therapies. Immunotherapies, such as checkpoint inhibitors, T-cell engagers, or cytokine modulators, can be encapsulated within these liposomes and delivered directly to immune cells or tumor-associated immune dysfunctions. By incorporating immuno-targeting ligands, these liposomes can ensure efficient delivery of immune modulators to the immune system’s regulatory nodes.
