Description

Fluorescent (NBD lipid (headgroup)) Immunoliposomes-Cyanur (PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder combine advanced lipid-based formulations with fluorescence (via NBD) and functional PEGylation for prolonged circulation and stability. Immunoliposomes with NBD lipid headgroups can incorporate therapeutic agents within their hydrophobic core or attach them on the surface, enabling targeted delivery to specific cells/tissues. In addition, NBD (7-nitrobenz-2-oxa-1,3-diazole) is a widely used fluorescent headgroup. Its incorporation into the lipid bilayer provides real-time visualization capabilities for in vvo imaging and ex vivo imaging.
