Description

Fluorescent (Rhodamine lipid) Immunoliposomes-Amine (PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder are composed of rhodamine-labeled lipids integrated into the lipid bilayer to provide fluorescence, PEGylation to prolong circulation time and minimize immune system recognition, and amine functionalization to allow for further modification with targeting ligands or therapeutic agents. Rhodamine provides a bright red fluorescence, making it ideal for imaging applications such as in vitro tracking of liposome uptake and biodistribution in vivo. This fluorescence also allows for non-invasive real-time monitoring of drug delivery, cellular uptake, and liposome localization.
