Description

Fmoc-NH-PEG-NH2 (Fmoc-NH-PEG-Amine) can be used in solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) where the Fmoc group protects the amine functionality during peptide chain elongation. The Fmoc group can be selectively removed to expose the free amine, allowing for the addition of subsequent amino acids. Additionally, PEGylation can improve the pharmacokinetics and biocompatibility of drug delivery systems. The amine group allows for further modifications or bioconjugations for targeted drug delivery.
