Description

Fmoc-NH-PEG-SH (Fmoc-NH-PEG-Thiol) can be used in SPPS to synthesize peptides. The Fmoc protecting group is selectively removed during the synthesis process, allowing for the stepwise addition of amino acids to form a peptide chain. It can also be employed to modify the surface of materials or nanoparticles. This modification enhances biocompatibility, allows for controlled immobilization of biomolecules, and facilitates subsequent bioconjugation reactions.
