Description

Folate-Liposome (PEGylated) can be synthesized through various methods. Typically, liposomes are first prepared using lipid film hydration or other techniques. Folate ligands and PEG chains functionalized with lipophilic anchors are then conjugated to the surface of preformed liposomes through chemical coupling reactions. Folate-liposome (PEGylated) can be used to deliver a variety of therapeutic agents, including chemotherapy drugs, nucleic acids (e.g., siRNA, mRNA), imaging agents, and photodynamic therapy agents.
