HSP90-PEG-Alkyne is a conjugate molecule that links a Heat Shock Protein 90 (HSP90) inhibitor to an alkyne group through a polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer. Heat Shock Protein 90 (HSP90) Inhibitor is a molecular chaperone that assists in the proper folding, stability, and function of many proteins, including those involved in cancer cell growth and survival. Inhibitors of HSP90 are being studied for their potential to disrupt these processes, making them promising agents in cancer therapy.
