Description

Immunoliposomes-Azide (PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder are versatile for the construction of ADCs, using click chemistry to link therapeutic payloads (chemotherapeutics, toxins, or immune-modulators) to specific antibodies targeting disease biomarkers. Additionally, PEGylated immunoliposomes-azide are used as contrast agents for non-invasive imaging modalities by conjugating imaging agents to the azide groups. For instance, MRI contrast agents (e.g., Gadolinium-based agents) are attached to the immunoliposome surface using azide-alkyne conjugation, enabling precise imaging at target sites. In addition, fluorescent dyes (e.g., Cy5, Cy7) are conjugated using azide-alkyne strategies to enable fluorescence-based diagnostics.
