Description

Immunoliposomes-PDP (PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder are functionalized with PDP (3-(2-pyridyldithio)propionic acid) for thiol-reactive ligand or drug conjugation and are further modified with PEG (polyethylene glycol) to enhance their biocompatibility, stability, and circulation time. The incorporation of PEG imparts a stealth property to the liposomes, reducing immune clearance while maintaining their ability to engage with disease targets effectively. PDP on the liposome interacts with thiol groups on ligands, drugs, or imaging agents through disulfide exchange reactions.
