Description

Liposomes for Loading Hydrophobic Drugs. Liposomes can be surface-modified with targeting ligands or antibodies to achieve targeted delivery of hydrophobic drugs to specific tissues or cells. Targeted liposomal formulations enhance drug accumulation at the site of action while minimizing off-target effects on healthy tissues, leading to improved efficacy and reduced toxicity.
