MAL-PEG-SS (Maleimide-PEG-Succinimidyl Succinate Ester) is a PEG conjugate linked by a maleimide group and a succinimidyl succinate group at both sides. The succinimidyl succinate ester group can be used to form stable amide bonds between the compound and primary amine-containing molecules.
