Description

Methyltetrazine-DBCO, TEA salt is a TCO reactive reagent containing a methyltetrazine group and a DBCO moiety. Methyltetrazine is known for its fast and selective reaction with trans-cyclooctene (TCO) or DBCO through a bioorthogonal click chemistry reaction. This reaction is often used for labeling biomolecules under mild physiological conditions. The DBCO group reacts specifically with Tz or other strained alkenes, forming a stable covalent bond.
