Description

Mirdametinib Loaded Liposomes, DiO Labeled (Mirdametinib (PD0325901) Liposomes, DiO Labeled) refer to liposomes encapsulating mirdametinib, a MEK inhibitor, and labeled with the lipophilic fluorescent dye DiO (3,3′-dioctadecyloxacarbocyanine perchlorate). The incorporation of DiO into the liposome membrane allows for the visualization and tracking of liposomes in vitro and in vivo. When liposomes are loaded with mirdametinib and labeled with DiO, it enables simultaneous drug delivery and imaging of the liposomal carriers. DiO labeling can help evaluate the targeting efficiency of mirdametinib-loaded liposomes to specific cells or tissues. By co-localizing the fluorescence signal of DiO with markers for target cells or tissues, researchers can assess the specificity of liposomal drug delivery.
