Mirdametinib Loaded Liposomes, DiR Labeled (Mirdametinib (PD0325901) Liposomes, DiR Labeled) refer to liposomes encapsulating mirdametinib, a MEK inhibitor, and labeled with the lipophilic near-infrared fluorescent dye DiR (1,1′-dioctadecyl-3,3,3′,3′-tetramethylindotricarbocyanine iodide). Near-infrared fluorescence imaging with DiR allows for the visualization of liposomal accumulation in tumors. Mirdametinib-loaded liposomes labeled with DiR can be used to monitor the tumor-targeting efficiency of the liposomal drug delivery system and assess therapeutic response.
