MMAF-PEG4-amine TFA salt is composed of several functional groups, including a monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF) group, a polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer, an amine group, and a trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) salt group. MMAF is a potent cytotoxic agent derived from the natural product dolastatin 10.
