Description

mPEG-Acrylate (mPEG-ACR, mPEG-ACRL) is a linear monofunctional PEG reagent with an acrylate (AC) group. AC is useful for radical initiator or UV light induced polymerization. It is often used to prepare PEG hydrogel. Acrylate reacts with thiols in a so called thiol-ene reaction. mPEG-methacrylate is provided as a polymerizable PEG alternative.
