Description

mPEG-b-PBYP-hyd-DOX is a complex block copolymer system that is designed for drug delivery applications, particularly for the delivery of doxorubicin (DOX), a chemotherapy drug. The PBYP block forms the hydrophobic core of the micelle, allowing the encapsulation of hydrophobic drugs like doxorubicin (DOX). Doxorubicin is linked via a hydrazone bond to allow controlled and targeted release of the drug at the tumor site, minimizing systemic toxicity and side effects.
